Congratulations to Finegold Alexander Associate Architect Lara Pfadt, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, CPHC and Amenta Emma Architect Beth Pearcy, AIA, CPHC, LEED AP BD+C on being elected to Co-Chairs of the BSA's Committee on the Environment (COTE)!

As Sustainability Strategist at Finegold Alexander, Lara brings deep expertise in environmentally responsible design to all of her project work, which includes decarbonization initiatives on college campuses; energy-efficient design for projects across all market sectors; and strategic interventions for historic properties.

The pair hopes to build on the work of the past chairs and further position COTE as a forum for the dissemination of knowledge about sustainable design while continuing to offer a robust program of sustainable educational forums focused to broaden outreach and further the practice.
