Licensed to practice in 17 states, Moe has been responsible for a wide range of challenging projects, including restoration and reuse of historic buildings, new structures and urban planning across the United States. As Moe has often stated, “No building intimidates us.” He focused his creation of spaces on the people that would inhabit them, always with an eye for details that speak to a time and place. Committed to design excellence, Finegold Alexander, under Moe’s stewardship, has been recognized close to 200 times for innovative projects, both large and small.
Moe’s remarkable investment in architectural education and the broader design field lies in his numerous achievements: he is a recipient of an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the Boston Architectural College and was only the sixth person to receive the prestigious Edward S. Frey Memorial Award for outstanding achievement in Religious Architecture. Moe earned his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and his Master of Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
