A confident designer with a passion for detailing, Rob is a leader at Finegold Alexander, managing projects with significant technical complexity that involve large stakeholder groups. Recent highlight projects include The Boulevard on the Greenway in Boston, a 12-story post-tensioned concrete structure. This luxury condo high-rise includes an underground, robotic parking system—the first of its kind in New England, and Lower Basin Barracks, a historic renovation and contemporary addition for the Massachusetts State Police Barracks located on Boston’s Esplanade
Rob is known for his thoughtfulness, his personable attitude, and his work ethic, all of which allow him to efficiently engage with a wide variety of clients, contractors, and coworkers. His impact on quality design is felt throughout the firm as he heads Finegold Alexander’s internal Quality Control / Quality Assurance group, reviewing projects for constructability, code and design issues. He is also co-chair of the Production Standards committee. Rob graduated from the Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Degree. When he’s not at work, he’s usually golfing, playing guitar, or spending time with his wife and kids. He especially enjoys weekend hikes and vacations to his family camp in Maine!
