Becky has dedicated her educational and professional career to the pursuit of more ecological and human-centered placemaking. She has worked at a diverse range of practices in California, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and now Massachusetts. Along the way, she has become increasingly passionate about collaborative problem solving; she loves learning side-by-side with people within and far beyond the AEC industry.
Becky earned her Bachelor of Architecture at Carnegie Mellon University and her Master's in Advanced Ecological Buildings and Biocities at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia. While pursuing her master’s degree, her classmates designed and built a 2-story mass timber greenhouse in the mountains above Barcelona. The Solar Greenhouse won the Monocle Design Award for Smartest Student Project in 2022 as well as numerous other international accolades. Becky will take almost any excuse to be outside: she enjoys hiking, kayaking, sketching and reading in the sun, and even weeding the garden. She is determined to never stop learning.
