Finegold Alexander Architects is proud to announce that we have been chosen as the architect for the 45 E. Central Street mixed-use development project in Natick, MA. Working with Stonegate Group, a Natick-based development company with over 30 years of experience, the design proposes a new 64,000 SF development consisting of a mixed-use building containing shell space for retail as well as 46 rental units ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Four attached two-family townhomes comprising 3 and 4 bedroom units are located on the residentially zoned portion of the site, and will include at grade parking. The new building will also include below grade parking, greenspace, and accessibility to public transportation and Natick Center.
