Finegold Alexander is proud to announce that the York Judicial Center is set to open mid-April! The new facility in Biddeford, Maine will be the largest judicial center in the state as it consolidates four District and Superior courthouses. Finegold Alexander’s contemporary and contextual design derives from sustainability goals and a desire to provide a sense of calm.

The all-electric building houses ten courtrooms and a mediation suite, as well as a judicial suite, the Clerk’s Department, and an array of program spaces to support a vibrant courthouse that is both accessible and secure.  

York Judicial Center has been under construction for three years. As the Finegold Alexander and Arrowstreet team finalizes the last-minute touches, the district courthouses in York, Springvale and Biddeford prepare for their biggest move ever!
