Finegold Alexander Architects is excited to share that High Profile provided a construction update on our 45 East Central Street Stonegate St. Patrick project, a 46-unit redevelopment located in the heart of Natick Center. The 89,500-square-foot mixed-use project will include one- to three-bedroom apartments, four duplex townhomes, and 14,000 square feet of ground-floor restaurant and retail space.

Developed by Natick-based Stonegate Group and built by Nauset Construction, the project broke ground in June 2023. It is located at the site of the former St. Patrick’s School. The main building is positioned along Route 135, while the four townhouse duplexes are set towards Lincoln and Wilson Streets. Construction is well underway, with framing, roofing, and exterior insulation completed. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough-ins are progressing, and brickwork on the main building is set to begin soon.

With 30% of units designated as affordable, the project aligns with Finegold Alexander’s commitment to community-oriented design. Completion is anticipated in spring 2025.
