Finegold Alexander project 440 Granite Avenue in Milton, Massachusetts, featured in Banker & Tradesman, highlights a forward-thinking approach to mixed-use development. Collaborating with Oranmore Enterprises, we're transforming a unique triangular site into a 24-unit residential building that serves as a key gateway to the town and supports Milton's Housing Plan, with 10% of the units designated as affordable.

The all-electric design is a testament to our commitment to sustainability, featuring rooftop-mounted photovoltaics, EV charging stations, and a highly insulated thermal envelope. We’ve also integrated sustainable materials, a green roof to mitigate heat island effect, and bicycle storage to promote alternative transportation. This project exemplifies how thoughtful design can enhance both community and environment.
