Clair Colburn, AIA, LEED AP BD+C joined Finegold Alexander in 2015. As Project Manager, she is deeply involved in the firm’s courthouse projects work for the Lowell Judicial Center and the York Judicial Center and has worked on the adaptive use study for a New City Hall and Police Station in the Old Everett High School building in Everett, MA. She has extensive experience in civic, academic and institutional projects, both new construction and historic renovation. Clair is a registered architect in both Massachusetts and New Jersey and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Additionally, she was appointed Chair of the Belmont Library Building Committee and has served as both the President of the Belmont Library Foundation as well as a committee member of the Belmont Public Library Feasibility Committee in Belmont MA. She earned her Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan in 1999, and her Bachelor of Fine Art from Haverford College in 1991.
