Regan Shields Ives
Regan Shields Ives, AIA, LEED AP is a Principal at Finegold Alexander Architects and has been with the firm since 2004. She leads the firm’s public school and cultural work and has delivered several adaptive use and renovation projects. She is currently working on the conversion of UMass Amherst’s Old Chapel, which is listed on the National Register, and transforming it into a thriving student center. She also worked on the restoration and renovation of Bryn Mawr College’s Goodhart Hall, the expansion and renovation of Methuen High School, and the master plan and new residence hall for Mt. Ida College. Regan is a registered architect and is LEED Accredited Professional. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Boston Preservation Alliance and the Advisory Council to the Board of Directors of the Trustees of Reservations. Regan received her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Lehigh University and her Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
