Currently in construction, the project is located on a prominent corner on Washington Street in the heart of Jamaica Plain close to the orange line and Forest Hills. Finegold Alexander provided full design services for this new 5-story mixed use residential building with 82 units in a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bed condominium units. The project also includes 80 below grade and 50 surface parking spaces. The project has platform construction with approximately 126,8000 gsf of above grade construction, containing 25,200 gsf retail space for 5 tenants, and 101,600 gsf of residential space.
