FIRM NEWS | The Boston Globe: the Robots have taken over at this downtown garage, WCVB: Futuristic transportation solutions are here now

We are very proud of The Boulevard at 110 Broad – a remarkable project that restored one of the last remaining Bulfinch buildings and transformed it into a 12-story condominium building on Boston’s Greenway.

In dense urban environments, parking remains one of the most important challenges of any project. Automated parking systems greatly reduce demands for physical space, ventilation, and energy requirements, providing maximum spatial and economical efficiency. Whereas garage ramps alone would have taken up a majority of the 5,600 square feet of available space below The Boulevard, the building now features a 4 story, 48 car garage for its residents at the heart of Boston. This is one of the first and largest of its kind in Boston. A huge thanks to New Boston Ventures, Commodore Builders, Walsh Brothers, and Park Plus for collaborating with us to design the space and implement this incredible system!
