To our Clients, Colleagues and Friends:
Finegold Alexander Architects is committed to the health and well-being of our staff, our clients, our colleagues and the many communities we are a part of. The rapidly developing Covid-19 crisis along with the latest updates from the CDC, Governor Charlie Baker, and Mayor Marty Walsh have brought us to a time when we need to implement our plan for working remotely.
Beginning today, Monday, March 16th through Monday, March 30th, FA’s staff will be serving our clients and projects in a remote capacity. When face-to-face meetings are essential, our staff members will be practicing ‘social distancing’, and will be following restrictions on travel and travelers, foregoing attendance at large group meetings and events, and following recommended hygiene protocols. We ask the same of all of our clients, colleagues, consultants, and collaborators with whom we will be meeting face to face.
Our firm has implemented and tested the necessary technology to support a remote work environment. Individual principals and project managers will keep in close touch with clients and consultants around any circumstances which may involve short term delays.
You can continue to reach us through email and phone – we will be checking our email often and calls and voicemail will be forwarded to the recipient automatically. During this period, we will be unable to host any in-person meetings at our office or attend any on-site meetings but will continue to be available through video conferencing. We will work hard to make this temporary transition seamless and we will keep you posted on any developments to our plans.
Thank you for your understanding and support, we will update as needed. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We look forward to moving beyond this as quickly as possible.
